If you prefer a quote, in most cases we can provide you with a general quote over the phone.

THE ARRIVAL

The INTERMEX SERVICES professional arrives at the scheduled time for the appointment at one of their property clearly marked with the INTERMEX SERVICE name with all their work equipment consisting of a variety of tools and supplies. A technician trained on the job will be assigned to you. Your technician will wear an INTERMEX SERVICES uniform and review the work with you to confirm the time required and price to complete the job and then begin work on your project.

Our technicians have an average of 10 years of experience in the trades and are fully insured.

If the work to be carried out requires more than one maintenance staff, INTERMEX SERVICES will establish the option of another professional at the address of the contractor's home or office.

THE WORK

We are happy to work with whatever materials you supply us: paint you want to use, kitchen tiles, or light bulbs you have purchased. If you need additional materials for your work, there are a couple of options:

Our technician can get started on your project while you purchase the additional materials your technician needs to complete the job.
When you contract INTERMEX SERVICES, you and your property are protected. Our Company and Our Specialists are fully insured for accidental damages and workers' compensation. If one of our helpers is injured while performing work at your home or business, you are free from liability.

PAYMENT OF FINISHED WORK

Most of the time, services are billed at an hourly rate. The benefit you receive is that you only pay for the time required to complete the job. Payment is expected upon completion of work, unless other arrangements have been made with INTERMEX SERVICES.
